Lesley has been dying and pouring plaster and Jesmonite for nearly a decade.  This year she founded candymoonstudio and decided to branch out and make Jesmonite homeware products alongside her Fine Art. The Jesmonite is often marbled with pigment making every piece truly unique.

Jesmonite is a composite material used in fine arts, crafts, and construction. It consists of a gypsum-based material in an acrylic resin and was invented in the United Kingdom in 1984. It is waterproof, heat proof and very resilient to knocks!
